Yoshito Okubo [大久保 嘉人] is born in Fukuoka, in 09 June 1982.
An old young promise for Japan, Okubo signed his first professional contract in 2001 with the first club of Osaka, the Cerezo Osaka [セレッソ大阪].
After having scored 51 goals in 91 games in 3 years with the club in pink and black colours, Yoshito leaves Japan for the spanish side with RCD Mallorca in La Liga.
But after disappointing perfomances (Sometimes good, sometimes bad), he returned to Japan for the club of his debut but he didn't was be to able for prevent the relegation in J2 of the Cerezo Osaka.
Just before the opening of the 2007 seasons, he joined Vissel Kobe [ヴィッセル神戸], a team where the man who we called as the Japanese Mickael Owan in his first years finally found his first colours.
