Instructions:
1. Combine equal amounts of honey and water in a cup.
2. Add in a whole chopped onion and a whole chopped clove of garlic.
3. Add a dash of oregano, or thyme.
4. Steep overnight at room temperature.
5. Strain the mixture.
6. Store in the refrigerator for any future use.
