Paul Ryan calls Obama's overtime rule an 'absolute disaster'

House Speaker Paul Ryan released a statement Tuesday criticizing President Obama's new regulation expanding overtime pay to roughly 4 million Americans.
Obama released the rule today, which makes anyone earning up to $47,476 a year, or roughly $913 a week, eligible for overtime pay.
In addition to calling the rule an "absolute disaster," Ryan posed the question "who [does it] hurt most?
Students, nonprofit employees, and people starting a new career."
The Wisconsin congressman later slammed Obama for "rushing through regulations," while pledging to fight the rule.
