US to give further aid to Iraq's Kurds in fight against ISIL

The U.S has signed a deal with the Kurdish regional government in northern Iraq, to help in the fight against ISIL.
It includes more military and financial support for the Kurds, amid preparations to retake the Iraqi city of Mosul.
