Painkiller HD Steam Controller Kozec Driver

This covers a little experimenting done with the Kozec Steam Controller driver package. With the last couple of changes, the aiming is a little loose but it works okay. The biggest problem was the driver losing the right touchpad position at one point which resulted in randomly looking down at the ground; it happens on occasion with the current driver.

The framerate for this level isn't good on my PC. It is playable though.
