South Sudan crisis: Kiir gives Machar ultimatum to return to Juba

South Sudan's President Salva Kiir has given the rebel leader and Vice President Riek Machar an ultimatum to return to the capital by Saturday. He wants his rival to implement a power-sharing deal or as he puts it, 'face the consequences.'
