Reckless Driver on Dirt Road

Occurred on August 6, 2016 / Caughlin Rd, Phelan, CA, USA
Info from Licensor: "I live in the middle of the desert and on my way home, I saw this guy come flying down the dirt road toward me at a high rate of speed. If I hadn't gone off the road, there would have been a major collision. He almost flipped his car after sliding passed me. I checked on him to find out he was looking for a church. As you can probably tell, there are no churches in the immediate area." - Bobby Dancey
