ADNAN OKTAR: Imam Jaf'ar al Sadiq was asked: "The clothes of Hazrat Ali (ra) would worth four dirhams. But you wear expensive clothes," as Jaf'ar al Sadiq would wear elegant, flamboyant clothes, they were gorgeous, masha'Allah. Imam Sadiq responded: "Hazrat Ali (ra) wore nice clothes, too." Hazrat Ali (ra) indeed dressed elegantly. "Imams wear the clothes that are considered the nicest of their era. Imam Mahdi (as) will wear the nicest clothes of his era as well; his clothes will look nothing like ours." Look, "His clothes will look nothing like ours" he says. Who says that? Imam Jaf'ar al Sadiq (ra) says. (Bihar al-Anwar, Volume 41, Page 159)
