Just Cause 3 - "Urga Hrom D" Helicopter Location - Porto Coclea Base Guide - How to Unlock the Urga Hrom D Attack Helicopter

The "Urga Hrom D" Helicopter is a Base unlock Vehicle and will be awarded to you after you liberated the Porto Coclea Base.
It has the highest combat stat of all helicopter in the game, which makes it a great offensive vehicle to have among your rebel drops.
BASE GUIDE
When you approach the base from the south-east, you will see 4 buildings. These buildings have Cell-Block generators locked up at the bottom. To open them, use the terminals in front of them and open the gates at each of the buildings. The generators can only be destroy if the gates are open.
The pool area has a bunch of destructibles spread around and you can use one of the tanks there to take care of most objects. There's also a military boat that you can use. It's very slow but it's powerful cannon can be very helpful for bigger targets and the the commander that you have to kill in his boat.
After you finished all destructible objects and the base commander, you will be given the Urga Hrom D Helicopter.
