Colombia peace deal 'the victory of our forces': Santos

The peace agreement between the Colombian government and FARC guerrillas is "the victory of our forces," President Juan Manuel Santos says before members of the country's army and police, ahead of the signing of the historic accord to end a half-century civil war that has killed hundreds of thousands.
