Kanpur: Another loophole open in Jnnurm water project, water fountain begins at Bada Chouraha

Today in Kanpur, Jnnurm feeder main water pipeline burst in front of a shopping mall at Bada Chouraha, during the testing phase by UP Jal Nigam. When this pipe line bursts a high water fountain begins at the crossing. within half an hour this water fountain flows gallons of water on road and traffic has blocked completely.
