Wild wind and heavy rain hammered Busan, South Korea, on Wednesday, October 5. Typhoon Chaba knocked out power for at least 52,000 houses on the southern island of Jeju and disrupted air, land and sea traffic in the southern areas, according to Yonhap News Agency, quoting the Ministry of Public Safety and Security. Workers at a Busan shipyard scrambled for shelter, as seen in this video.The typhoon, which also affected northern Kyushu, Japan, was expected to move further north to Hokuriku and Tohoku regions.
