A heartwarming video has emerged of a soldier being finally reunited with his dog Ralph after five months.
The footage, shot on September 9 in Columbus, Georgia, USA, shows the dog excitedly reacting to seeing his owner.
''My husband left to join the Army in April 2016 leaving behind his wife and his best friend Ralph, our puppy,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''You automatically could see a difference in Ralph's behavior as soon as he realized my husband wasn't coming back.''
''After 5 months of being away I decided to take Ralph on a little trip to Georgia to surprise him,'' she continued.
