Dishonored 2 won’t Start on windows 10

If you are using a computer with two or more monitors, the game start on the monitor 1, and not one that is marked as primary. This can be changed in the settings of the game, if it does not work, you can do this by changing the settings file.
Go to C: \ Users \ your account name \ Saved Games \ Arkane Studios \ dishonored2 \ base \ dishonored2config.cfg
Make a backup copy of the file before making any changes.
Open it with notepad.
Find the line "r_fullscreen" and set the desired value starting with one (1).
Save your changes.
Set to "read only" attribute.
