24941 frames from power on to Flash Man death. 4269 total rerecords if you count all the segment splicing.
Stage itself is 1050(!!) frames faster, mostly due to Flash Man dying a LOT faster to the wind slicer. I don't know what I was thinking taking The World to Air Man instead, this is clearly far, far faster.
