A lottery ticket sold in Tennessee had the winning numbers for a $421 million Powerball jackpot, one of the biggest on record. The winning ticket, Powerball 16, had the numbers 7, 19, 21, 37, 44. However, no one has stepped up yet to claim the massive prize, which grew in size since Sept. 17. The jackpot spiked from $403 million to a nearly $420.9 million on Saturday. The jackpot is paid out over a 30 year time span, with the option of a lump sum payment of about $254.7 million.
