Player Attack - December 2, 2016 [SE4 EP38 1/4]

This week's episode looks at PC, Xbox and everything in between, fresh from PAX AUS 2016.

We chat to Xbox Live's Major Nelson, about how he became one of the most recognisable figures in the games industry, what's involved in his job at Xbox, and what he loves best about Australia. He wouldn't tell us how it compares to Forza Horizon 3.

Frank Azor, co-founder of Alienware drops by to celebrate the hardware company's 20th anniversary. They've come a long way since it was just three guys in an office - and Frank tells us all about what's happened in 2016 (including the world's smallest gaming laptop), as well as what he's most looking forward to in 2017.

Angelo Valdivia goes head-to-head with some of the region's cleverest game developers, with a look at the winners of the Australian Indie Showcase - Objects in Space, Paradigm, The Adventure Pals, The Eyes of Ara, Wildfire and Mini Metro. These games should be on your must-play list, and they're all made right here in Australia (and New Zealand!).

...plus, of course, we have all the latest gaming news as well - this is Player Attack!
