Imtiaz Ali Wants To Make 'Rockstar' Sequel

Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, who had teamed up with Ranbir Kapoor to make the highly successful 'Rockstar', hinted at his plans to take the story forward in a sequel. In an interview to a daily, when asked about making a sequel to 'Rockstar', Ali admitted that if he gets a good story, he will surely make a 'Rockstar 2' as he feels that the film has potential for a sequel. However, he added that he cannot think of a sequel without Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Ali's next directorial project is 'Highway', which stars Randeep Hooda and Alia Bhatt.
