❱ RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
☑ Tank
❱ DESCRIPTION
The second encounter with Quiet on Extreme is a bit harder. The supply-drop trick won't work as well as before and her health is bumped up.
That's why dropping into this battle with a tank is a good option. It takes away the challenge but ensures an S-Rank and a smooth ride through mission 40.
The only time you have to be careful is when you enter the tank at the beginning. Get behind cover and peak out until Quiet takes a shot at you. Quickly run for the tank and get in. If you just gun it, Quiet will shoot you down while the animation of you getting into the tank plays.
❱ FINDING HER
Luckily this is very easy since Quiet still treats you like a normal target. Whenever she changes position she will open fire on your tank and you will know exactly where she is.
It can happen that she moves to a position where she doesn't have line of fire and you will have to move around the map a bit.
After a few minutes of rinse and repeat the S-Ran for mission 40 is yours. Not honorable, but... at least you save a lot of nerves.
