George Lucas is opening up a museum in Los Angeles

Filmmaker George Lucas is wealthy enough to buy an island and retire on it but instead, he's putting a new museum in Los Angeles. The "Lucas Museum of Narrative Art" will be built in LA's Exposition Park and will cost $1 billion. The Lucas Museum will be a barrier free museum where artificial divisions between 'high' art and 'popular' art are absent, allowing you to explore a wide array of compelling visual storytelling. The museum will also feature multiple classrooms and a 4,200-square-foot library. There is no word on when the museum will be up and running.
