☑ Sniper Rifle
❱ MAIN GOALS FOR S-RANK
☑ Leave on skull alive at the beginning
☑ Escape through the south LZ
❱ DESCRIPTION
Start the mission off by going north. You will trigger a cutscene that is inevitable and shows 4 skulls taking sniper positions.
FIGHT WITH THE SKULLS (00:21)
With the help of Quiet as your buddy, this fight gets a lot easier. She will support you by shooting the skulls and can even take one down. But down hold back and always stay active. If you hide for too long, the skulls will focus on her and can cause her to abandon the fight.
There are a ton of rocks you can use as cover. Get behind one and look for the red lasers from the skull rifles. Track them back if you can and mark them with your binoculars. Move to another rock if you can't find them.
WHY LEAVE ON SKULL ALIVE?
This will cause the soldiers at the end to turn possessed when you escape with code talker. You can just run past them and they can't touch you if you stay away from them.
WAY TO CODE TALKER (04:41)
Make your way up north to your target zone. As soon as you see a search light to your right, start sneaking and enter the mansion through the back door which is guarded by 3 enemies.
MANSION ENTRANCE (06:38)
Enter the door, go left rescue code talker who is located in the basement. Skip the cutscene for a better mission time and make your way back the same way through the jungle you came from. All enemies will now have turned possessed and you can just run past them. Call a pick-up helicopter on the way and escape the mission for an S-Rank.
