Apple is finally letting developers respond to App Store reviews

Apple is testing out an update to the App Store that will finally let developers respond to customers who have questions or leave complaints. At the moment, the current system is confusing to use and doesn't let other users see a company's response. The new system will make responses available to everyone, letting it serve as a record and easier way to stay up-to-date with apps you use. This update is part of the iOS 10.3 beta, which is expected to role out a month or two following the end of the beta testing.
