President Trump took aim at Arnold Schwarzenegger on Saturday, slamming him for poor ratings.

President Trump took aim at Arnold Schwarzenegger on Saturday.
He tweeted, "Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't voluntarily leaving the Apprentice, he was fired by his bad (pathetic) ratings, not by me. Sad end to great show."
On Friday, reports surfaced that Schwarzenegger won't be returning to host 'The New Celebrity Apprentice,' citing Trump as part of the reason, notes CBS News.
Schwarzenegger's statement read, "I loved every second of working with NBC and Mark Burnett. Everyone -- from the celebrities to the crew to the marketing department -- was a straight 10, and I would absolutely work with all of them again on a show that doesn't have this baggage."
According to CBS News, Schwarzenegger also said, “When people found out that Trump was still involved as executive producer and was still receiving money from the show, then half the people [started] boycotting it."
Trump and Schwarzenegger have been exchanging words for a while now.
In early February, while addressing attendees of the National Prayer Breakfast, Trump used part of his time at the podium to take a jab at Schwarzenegger.
He said, in part, “I want to just pray for Arnold if we can, for those ratings, OK?”
Schwarzenegger responded to those comments through a video, saying, “Hey Donald, I have a great idea. Why don't we switch jobs? You take over TV since you're such an expert on ratings and I take over your job and then people can finally sleep comfortably again."
