Freak Wing Oscar Frayer Shows Why He Is Division 1 Bound!!! Official Ballislife Mixtape

Here's HS Junior Oscar Frayer of Moreau Catholic(Hayward, CA) showing why he'll be playing for the CAL Bears in 2017. His development has been interesting over the years, he first started playing the role of a big man in his frosh/soph years & after catching up with him at the beginning of the season Oscar told us he was working hard on becoming a wing type player to prepare for the next level. Even though he still needed to play as a big man for his HS team he's shown flashes of guard play, from his shooting to creating off the dribble. He's also an excellent help side defender looking to change shots, runs the floor well & hustles hard. If he continues to improve as much as he has this past year Oscar might make in impact as soon as possible when he suits up for CAL, we'll see what happens.
