Rockman 8 manga(japanese comics) : Roll´s valentine crush chapter. This part of the manga was translated from japanese to english
The mini episode in this manga(japanese comic) is about Roll having a crush on Mega Man/Rockman and expressing her love feelings to Rock by buying a Honmei-choco to him as a valentine present. In Japan the custom of Valentine is different than in western territories, girls are the one who buy the chocolate present to the boys and the presents are divided in two categories: Giri-choco and Honmei-choco.
Honmei-chocos are meant for the guys they have romantic feelings, giri-choco is meant for anybody else they don´t have a crush and normally come in bags and arent that fancy looking as the Honmei-choco ones. The boys may return the feelings, to those girls who bought the Honmei-choco to them, in the White day.
The music in the video is known as Roll's theme "Where the Wind Blows" or Kaze yo Tsutaete in japanese; I decided to add it since I thought it made good match with the escenes of the manga and since it reveals Roll´s crush or love feelingsfor Mega Man. The music and translation may be found here:

The manga chapter pretty much reveals Roll´s crush on Mega Man like it has been hinted in games like Powered Up, Rockman Jump and Rockman 6 from Complete Works.
