Zac Efron to play infamous serial killer in upcoming thriller

Zac Efron is definitely slashing his former teen heartthrob image in this role. Efron will play serial killer Ted Bundy in the upcoming thriller, ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.' The movie is about Bundy’s police case and will be told through the perspective of his girlfriend, Elizabeth Kolepfer. Ted Bundy was executed in Florida in 1989 after admitting that he killed more than 30 women. The thriller will be made by Oscar-nominated director Joe Berlinger, Filming for the serial killer movie will begin in October.
