ISIS claimed responsibility for the deadly attack at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, which left at least 22 people dead, including many children. Only hours earlier, news outlets reported ISIS supporters celebrating the attack as a victory against the West. Authorities said they believe they know the identity of the attacker who died in the blast, and arrested a 23-year-old man in connection to the bombing. The terror group said a "soldier of the caliphate" carried out the attack via its Telegram channel.
