P90X Yoga X Class Update - Day 11

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 11 of P90X, and I did Yoga X for the 2nd time. I'm starting to get the hang of the yoga poses now but I had to stop about 30 minutes into the class as my lower back was hurting me. I hurt it a few years back lifting weights so it's something that I need to watch.

I'm still rolling with the P90X diet and nutrition plan and loving it. I've felt really great over the past week so I'm not sure if it's a result of overhauling my diet, the exercise, or a combination of both.
