Portland police arrested 14 people and seized multiple weapons in Portland as several protests took place in the city's downtown section. Thousands on protestors flocked to city hall as a pro-Trump rally spurred multiple counter protests. Authorities were forced to take action, firing flash bangs and pepper balls into the crowd.
