P90X Workout Plan Results - Day 15

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 15 of my P90X workout plan and the routine was chest, back and abs. The workout went incredibly well today and I really pushed myself. I didn't get sick at all, but I did have to pause the video a few times to cool off and offset some slight feelings of nausea. At least things are getting better in that department...

I tried a few different things with push ups today. First, I dropped to my knees and cranked out a few more mini-push ups once I reached my max. Secondly, I was having some problems with wide-grip push ups over the past two weeks. The push up bars that I was using have a tendency to tip over when taking a wide grip so I picked up a set of Perfect Pushup discs made by BodyRev. They're much more stable and in my opinion, safer.

I stuck to the P90X nutrition plan perfectly again today with no cheating whatsoever. I'm feeling great and have so much more energy now, it's awesome!
