Tony Horton P90X Fitness Program Update - Day 16

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 16 of Tony Horton's P90X fitness program and not a whole lot to report for the day. The workout was plyometrics and it nearly killed me. I took a few extra breaks to get through it but I did it.

Also, the nutrition plan continues to go well -- just staying on track and eating only the stuff that I should be.
