Beachbody P90X Program Review - Day 17

http://www.FatLossBlogger.com - Today was day 17 of the Beachbody P90X home fitness program and the workout was arms, shoulders and abs. Today's workout went great, I definitely enjoy this routine better than the other ones and even though I pushed myself extremely hard, I never had feelings of nausea.

Ab Ripper X is starting to get easier and I'm seeing improvements when it comes to core strengthening. I'm hoping that next week I can go straight through without taking any extra breaks.

The nutrition plan went great again today, I stayed on track in that department.
