Brussels Central Station: Police say suspect is neutralized

A man wearing an explosive belt was neutralized following reports of large explosions at Brussels Central Station. Local police have the situation under control. The suspect was shot after a failed bomb attack. Grand Place, a major tourist site, Brussels was the site of a suicide bombing last March that killed 32 people on the Brussels subway and at an airport.
