Firefighters surprise woman with Down Syndrome on her birthday

A video has emerged from the US of firefighters surprising a woman with Down Syndrome for her birthday.
The footage, captured on July 1 at a care home in Lynnwood, WA, shows the firefighters meeting Vicky and giving her birthday gifts.
''Vicky is a very sweet person who loves everyone. Her Birthday means a lot to her,'' the filmer later wrote online.
''I wanted to go all out for her because she is struggling with a lot of health issues.''
''So I contacted the Lynnwood firefighters, told them about Vicky's situation and they made it happen,'' she added.
