Johnny Depp Wants 'Psychological Issues' Claim Removed from the Record

Johnny Depp’s fight against his former business managers continues to make headlines.

And this week, it’s no different.

After they claimed Johnny had psychological issues and is solely to blame for his financial woes, he wants them to come up with proof to back up that accusation.

Court documents also show that the Hollywood star has accused the duo of disclosing information they learned while working with him, only to use it against him in a vicious attack to ruin his reputation.

He’s now asking a judge to amend their statements and strike 100 paragraphs of allegations from the record.

Johnny filed a multi million dollar fraud lawsuit back in January against his former business managers, who he fired in 2016, after his new managers allege financial misconduct.

Depp claims he paid the firm 28 million dollars in fees from 1996 to 2016, and he accuses them on negligence, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty for failing to pay his taxes on time.
