South Korea ready to 'wipe out' Kim Jong-un's regime

South Korea sent a message to North Korea's Kim Jong-un saying it's ready to wipe out his regime. The message came after North Korea tested a hydrogen bomb in the Korean Peninsula. South Korea and Japan intend to push for tougher sanctions at the U.N. Security Council.
