- how to get your material steady? well, hold your head as still as possible and dont use the strap mounts. use the sticking plates so there is much less movement.\r

- the pole we used is a cullmann pole. or just google it, there are millions around the internet ;-)\r

- like in the first sentence, this was in kappl/ischgl/tignes which are located in austria and france.\r
