9+ goes to the Joker, 6 to the rest. A perfect example when just one character can make movie worth your time. Whant to see perfectly convenient 100% badass antihero? That's him. Bravo.
Everything else on the other side is mediocre. There are some good moments, some bad moments, CG scenes are OK, shaky camera in fighting scenes makes them completely unenjoyable. Characters other than Joker are... well, just characters, like in million other bland movies, too boring and typical to care about. Yes, Batman is now also nothing-to-see-here type of character, makes me sad(
The last 20 minutes of the movie are god-awful. Typical blah blah blah am I hero blah blah blah a man deserves blah blah blah what should I do I'm a grown up man with childish issues on my mind... Shut up, you're embarrassing!
Conclusion. Rent this movie, skip some moments and don't watch the final scenes.
The Dark Knight, seeing all the great comments on IMDb and seeing it knocking 'The Godfather' and the 'The Shawshank Redemption' of the number 1 position I went to this movie with HUGE expectations.
I have to say that I was highly amused with the movie and it was put together excellently! But comparing this to films like the ones I mentioned before I feel this doesn't even belong in the top 50.
I felt Batman was kind of a boring character in this movie he doesn't say much and you don't really feel any connection to his character in my opinion. Now the Joker was pretty funny and well played but his dialog could have been a lot better at times his comments where not as funny as they could have been at certain points in the movie.
My verdict is that this is one of the better if not best action movies I've seen in a long time but it doesn't compare to some of the legends that are in the IMDb top 250! People vote fair this movie is not a 10 star rating don't let the hype cloud your judgment and be honest!
