Red Onion Chopped: 350 Gm\r
Ginger Crushed Finely: 2 Tbsp Full\r
Garlic Crushed: 1 Tbsp Full\r
Hara Dhaniya (Cilantro): 1 Cup, Finely Chopped\r
Green chili small: 1 6 Finely Chopped\r
Samosa Sheets: 50 (Almost 2 Packs)\r
Salt: 1 Tea Spoon or to taste\r
Red Chili: 1 Tea Spoon\r
Crushed Chili: 1 Tbsp\r
Crushed Roasted Cumin: 1 Tbsp\r
Basic Garam Masalah: 1 Tea Spoon\r
Oil for Qeema: 5 Tbsp\r
Oil for frying: As needed\r
All Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup for Sealing Samosa.\r
Water: As needed to make Flour Glue.
