Mango Cake

8 eggyolks\r
80 g sugar\r
100 ml milk\r
100 ml oil \r
1 1/2 tsp vanilla\r
1/4 tsp salt\r
200 g cake flour\r

For the meringue\r
8 egg whites\r
100 g sugar\r
1/2 tsp cream of tartar\r
FOr the mango Jam or filling\r
2 mango \r
1 1/2 tsp of cornstarch or corn flour\r
3 +2 tbsp of sugar you can decrease the sugar if mango is sweeter \r

For the top decoration \r
I use 1 mango cut in bigger cube chunks then half the recipe for sugar and cornflour \r

FOr the swiss meringue buttercream \r
I used\r
140 g of eggwhites\r
280 g sugar\r
420 g butter \r
