Toddler Gets Head Stuck in Toilet Seat

This little guy somehow got his head stuck in the toilet seat and his mom tried to take it off of him. Unfortunately, no matter how hard the mother tried to take carefully pull off the seat without hurting the boy, the seat would not budge.
