Psycho Clown makeup tutorial

Straight from the year of the clowns madness in the world comes this psycho clown.\r

2016 was the year of the clowns and to celebrate this we wanted to do a super easy but crazy clown for all of you clown lovers out there. The psycho clown is basically a friendly clown that is torn up and covered in metal shrapnel after the makeup has been applied. So in essence this is two tutorials in one. You can chose to stop when you are in pretty clown mode or you can go on and turn this into the psycho clown that will haunt people forever.\r

To make this psycho clown look accessible to as many people as possible we went with a simple water colour approach. A basic palette of water colours will take you all the way. Even though you will need some skin adhesive, a bald cap and some fake blood too, its still fairly simple supplies that should be available to everyone almost anywhere in the world. If you dont have silver paint to use on the shrapnel pieces you can always you aluminium foil to create the shrapnel. That way you will have an instant metal feel to the pieces. \r
