Pepper Pork Ingredients\r
Serves 2 to 3\r

1 pork tenderloin (approximately 13 to 14 oz), cut into long strips \r
1 tsp cornstarch\r
1 Tbs shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine) \r
1 tsp dark soy sauce \r
1/4 tsp black pepper\r
2 Tbs cooking oil\r
3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped\r
1 Tbs chopped ginger root\r
1 tsp Sichuan pepper corn, toasted and crushed \r
4 jalapeño, seeded and cut into long strips\r
1 Tbs oyster sauce\r
2 tsp sugar\r
1/2 tsp sesame oil\r
Pinch of sesame seeds\r
