We'll See A New Lightsaber Color In "Last Jedi"

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" will feature a brand new lightsaber color that hasn’t been used on-screen before. Blue lightsabers have been traditionally used by Jedi, whereas red has been used by the Sith and various other dark side users. However, other lightsaber colors started working their way into the mix over time, most notably during the prequel trilogy, in which actors such as Samuel L. Jackson brandished their own lightsabers and lightsaber hues.
