2016 the 'best year' for MACC

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has detained 932 individuals for their alleged involvement in corruption last year.
Its deputy chief commissioner (Prevention) Datuk Shamsun Baharin Mohd Jamil says, of the number, 982 investigation papers have beem opened and 258 cases have been taken to court as of December 15 last year.
