Slim Jims have to be the best bluegill bait. I catch tons of bluegill with Slim Jims. Pepperoni and jerky sticks work great as bluegill bait. Its less messy than worms and its doesnt spoil. You can carry Slim Jims around in your tackle box forever. Slim Jims cost less than worms and they dont need refrigeration either. But most importantly bluegill and bream go crazy for Slim Jims and other pepperoni sticks.\r

In this video, my boy Tom catches his first fish on a Slim Jim. The bluegill went nuts for them. They only thing that ate the bait faster than the bluegill was Tom. \r
