Take a little while this dish, but it really is worth it. We start by cooking the chicken in boiling water with cardamon, cinnamon, black dried lemon, cumin seeds and salt. We cook until the meat falls off the bone. We soak the rice, fry some cashew nuts and get it all together. Really fantastic. \r
