E3 VGViews #9: The Agency. Expanding the game beyond the con

The guys over at Sony Online Entertainment have an interesting concept on their hands with the Agency. Hal Milton, lead designer on The Agency, told us a lot about their design philosophy. The game mechanic that involves hiring or finding NPC's called 'Operatives' seems to have a bigger impact on the gameplay then we assumed. Check it out.
