Make a Kill Bill style Shishi-odoshi deer scarer bamboo water fountain

I first saw a shishi-odoshi in Kill Bill, but didnt know what it was called. Its a Japanese bamboo fountain which makes a clacking noise intended to scare away deer. I made mine as a all-in-one unit, but you can make them in a lot of different ways.\r
