Girl Scouts of the Philippines Investiture Ceremony is an important part of every childs life requiring a ninong or sponsor for the traditional capping and scarfing, normally i decline because i dont have a job and it is customary to give a gift as the ceremonial godparent but as you can see with Joshuas moral support i couldnt say no
